Volunteer Information

DIML volunteers are an essential of our dance program, making it possible for our dancers. We thrives on our volunteers being compassionate & caring for other people. We’re looking for capable individuals interested in helping us further our mission. Our volunteers must stand for, and engage in our mission, and values, as well as model themselves in the community as positive representatives of Mrs. Jenkins Dance Is My Life Inc. Our dance program offer volunteer opportunities to high school and college students that’s partnered with Profferfish & Bright Future Organization who are in need of fulfilling community service hours. 

We provide year round volunteer services for our dance program. That includes volunteers with the information, training, and tools needed to ensure a rewarding and productive experience for all. Whether you can contribute a few hours or more, there are opportunities for you with DIML. We’ve established an amazing partnership with Spurlino Family YMCA at Big Bend Road and Summerfield Community Center. Not only you can volunteer but you can also become a dancer.

We welcome people of all backgrounds and abilities to help grow DIML. No experience is needed to volunteer. Volunteers choose their own hours/schedule. Our volunteers can share their love of dance and contribute to the value of Performing Arts Community.

Also, we provide one time volunteer opportunities that is approved by the director only.
